Return Policy, Refund, Cancellation and shipping charges policy
We make every effort to ensure that the goods you order are delivered in accordance with your requirements. However, in the unlikely event that your order is subpar, we will gladly accept returns if:
- Products delivered do not match your order
- Products provided have expired or are about to expire (medicines having an expiration date of less than three months are regarded to be close to expiring);
- Deliveries that were harmed in transit (do not accept any products with tampered seals):
- Refuse to accept delivery of a broken goods if you have already received one. If you open the shipment and find that the item is damaged, you can return it for a refund. Due to product availability, we are unable to guarantee a replacement for every product; in such cases we will offer a refund.
If there is a problem with the order, we will be pleased to help and address your issue. Within seven days of the product's delivery, you can submit a return request to our customer service department. If a consumer contacts Taskar Mall more than 7 days following delivery, Taskar Mall maintains the right to decline the Return request.
Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Taskar mall finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
Partially consumed strips or opened bottles do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

The returns are subject to the below conditions:
- Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
- Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
- Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
- Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips and undamaged or products can be returned.
- You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
- For Return intimation, Log into your Taskar mall app account
- Go to ‘My Orders’
- Click on &;Return Order; and fill in the details and raise a return request
- Taskar mall customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
- Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details.
- Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed.
- Taskar mall will initiate the collection of products after which you will get a replacement or refund.
- The customer will be required to pack the products in original manufacturer’s packaging
- Refund will be completed within 10-15 days from the date of reverse pick up (if required).

When will I get my refund?
- The refunds usually depend on the acquiring bank and issuing banks for processing the amount back into your account.
- Credit / Debit cards / Net banking Account: 5-7 business days
- UPI Linked Bank Account: 10-12 days
- Wallets: 24-48 hours

- Customer cancellation: The customer can cancel the order for the product till Taskar mall ships it. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
- Taskar mall cancellation: There may be certain orders that Taskar mall is unable to accept and service and these may need to be canceled. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified. Taskar mall also reserves the right to cancel any orders that it meets with the below mentioned criteria
- Invalid address
- Any malpractice used to place the order.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order.
